Mozzarella with tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
  • 4 tomatoes, large and firm
  • Basil, fresh
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar, light

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, slice them (removing the stems), and arrange them on a plate. Slice the mozzarella and place them on top of the tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and garnish with the basil leaves. Let it set briefly and serve.
