Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tortilla(s) (whole wheat)
  • 2 handfuls of cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 slices of gravlax
  • 2 handfuls of salad mix or cucumber slices
  • some herb cream cheese or yogurt dressing
  • some honey mustard sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat a tortilla-sized pan. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, then rinse and peel them. Slice the eggs. When the pan is hot, add two handfuls of grated cheese. Once the cheese has melted, place the tortilla on top of the cheese and press it down gently. As soon as the cheese starts to brown, flip the tortilla so that the cheese side is facing up. Spread some cream cheese or yogurt dressing over the entire tortilla and then top one half with egg slices. Top with the salmon, a little honey mustard sauce, and some lettuce mix or cucumber slices. Fold the tortilla in half, place it on a plate, and cut it in half. Serve while still warm.
