Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 ml milk
- 5 slice(s) sandwich toast, American style
- 2 jars of horseradish (190 g each, 1 jar hot, 1 jar creamy-mild)
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the milk thoroughly in a saucepan, but do not let it boil! Remove the crust from the sandwich bread and cut it into cubes. Add the sandwich cubes to the milk and let them soften briefly, then puree. Stir in the two jars of horseradish and puree everything again. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
