Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g sheep’s cheese
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 2 garlic cloves
- pepper, black
- small tomato(s)
- 1 tsp thyme, dried
- 150 ml olive oil
- 200 g olives, green
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mash the feta cheese with a fork. Stir in enough cream to create a creamy consistency. Peel the garlic, press it through a press, and stir in. Season with pepper and thyme. Wash the tomatoes and cut off the tops. Remove the flesh with a teaspoon. Fill the cheese mixture with a piping bag. Drizzle with oil and let it macerate thoroughly. Serve with olives.
