Strawberry ice cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g strawberries or other berries
  • 70 g sugar, fine
  • 125 ml milk (fresh milk)
  • 50 ml sweet cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for the ice cream machine

Wash the strawberries (you can also use blueberries, raspberries, or red currants instead). Then puree the strawberries with sugar, lemon juice, and milk. Whip the cream until almost stiff and fold it into the strawberry mixture. Let it churn in the ice cream maker for 20-35 minutes. Tip: Serve with cold fruit.
