Amuse gueule with gorgonzola cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150g Gorgonzola
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 75 g butter
  • 3 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 baguettes
  • 1 bunch of basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple but delicious!

Mix the first five ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Cut approximately 1 cm thick slices from the baguettes, spread with the cheese spread, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Dry for approximately 1 hour in a preheated oven at 100°C. Place one basil leaf on each slice. Delicious hot or cold.
