Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 tsp syrup (agave syrup) or honey
- 200 ml berry smoothie made from fresh fruit
- 3 tbsp flakes (oat melt)
Instructions

suitable for breakfast or as a snack
Blend all ingredients and serve in a glass. The drink tastes even better chilled.
