  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 tsp syrup (agave syrup) or honey
  • 200 ml berry smoothie made from fresh fruit
  • 3 tbsp flakes (oat melt)

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

suitable for breakfast or as a snack

Blend all ingredients and serve in a glass. The drink tastes even better chilled.
