Mascarpone blueberry cookie cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 packs of cookies (chocolate cookies)
  • 2 packs of blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the cookies and blueberries in a mixer and beat until the cream is nice and fluffy and forms stripes. Then pour some of the cream into a bowl and scatter some of the blueberries on top. Sprinkle a few chocolate cookies over the cream and blueberries until the cream is mostly covered. Repeat this process until all the ingredients are used up, ending with the cookies.
