Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 1 large date(s), pitted
  • 1 large plum(s) (dried plum), without stone
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 ½ tbsp seeds (chia seeds)
  • 1 tsp Flour (coconut flour)
  • 250 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes

as dessert or breakfast

Chop the banana, date, and prune into small pieces and place them in a bowl along with the raisins, chia seeds, coconut flour, and cinnamon. Pour over the almond milk and mix well. Then, cover and refrigerate. Let stand for at least 2 hours—preferably overnight. This pudding can easily be refrigerated for up to 20 hours.
