Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 apple
- 1 banana(s)
- 200 g oat milk (oat drink)
- 40 g oat flakes
- some cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Quarter the apple, core it, and place it in the mixing bowl. Roughly chop for 4 seconds on speed 4 – a little longer if you prefer a finer mixture. Use a spatula to scrape the apple pieces down the sides. Add the milk and oats, and cinnamon if desired. Cook for 10 minutes at 90°C on speed 0.5 on the reverse. Meanwhile, slice the banana (or other fruit). Add the banana/fruit (reserve some for decoration if desired) and cook for about 20 seconds on speed 1 on the reverse. Serve hot, garnish with banana slices if desired and sprinkle with cinnamon. If you don’t like bananas, you can omit them or replace them with other fruit. Of course, you can add any fruit you like (e.g., pear, kiwi, berries, etc.). 500 kcal per serving.
