Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small banana(s)
- 1 large date(s), pitted
- 1 large plum(s) (dried plum), without stone
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 ½ tbsp seeds (chia seeds)
- 1 tsp Flour (coconut flour)
- 250 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon

as dessert or breakfast
Chop the banana, date, and prune into small pieces and place them in a bowl along with the raisins, chia seeds, coconut flour, and cinnamon. Pour over the almond milk and mix well. Then, cover and refrigerate. Let stand for at least 2 hours—preferably overnight. This pudding can easily be refrigerated for up to 20 hours.
