Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 handful of raspberries, frozen or fresh
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 1 shot of milk
- 50 g low-fat curd cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
It doesn’t get any fruitier than this!!
Combine all ingredients except the milk in a tall container and blend. Season with honey, if desired. Finally, fill the glass with milk and stir well. (0.5 L glass)
