Strawberry cold soup with basil

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 basil leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Set aside about half of the strawberries (the smaller ones). Puree the remaining berries in a small blender with buttermilk, sugar, and basil leaves. Pour the strawberry soup into a bowl and add the reserved strawberries whole. It’s filling and refreshing.
