Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breasts (150 g each)
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 150 g yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 4 sprigs of parsley
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- 4 stalks of thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and crush the garlic. Mix with breadcrumbs, mustard, yogurt, salt, and pepper. Wash and finely chop the herbs, and mix in. Set the oven to 200°C (180°C fan/gas mark 3-4). Rinse the meat with cold water and pat dry. Rub the underside thinly with the herb paste and place it on a baking sheet or a piece of aluminum foil. Spread the top thickly with the paste. Bake the chicken breasts for about 30 minutes.
