Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 100 g low-fat yogurt
- 1 m.-sized pineapple, fresh (alternatively canned)
- 2 tbsp sugar (heaped tbsp)
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp rum
- n. B. Desiccated coconut for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
low-fat and refreshing
Mix the low-fat quark, yogurt, sugar, desiccated coconut, and rum well together. Cut the pineapple into rings, carefully trimming the edges and removing the core. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and fold them into the mixture. If you like, garnish the quark with a few more pineapple pieces and serve sprinkled with desiccated coconut.
