Pour boiling or very hot milk over the couscous, cover, and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Stir once after 5 minutes to make the couscous nice and fluffy. In the meantime, mix the yogurt with the flaxseeds, chia seeds, and a little cinnamon (or almond flakes, for example). Chop the fruit of your choice. Then pour the couscous into a container or glass, pour the yogurt mixture on top, and top with fruit. You can also sprinkle some chia seeds, flaxseeds, and almond flakes on top for decoration.
