Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 3 tbsp raisins
  • n. B. Dark chocolate, chopped
  • 225 ml almond drink, unroasted and unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp date syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • some cardamom powder
  • some clove powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp spelt flakes

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes

Of course, this recipe also works with another plant-based drink, but the unroasted almond milk imparts a marzipan flavor that complements it perfectly. Soak the spices, just 0.75 teaspoon of cinnamon, almond milk, spelt flakes, date syrup, and chia seeds overnight. The next day, dice the apple, sprinkle with cinnamon, and add it to the pudding along with the chocolate and raisins.
