Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 large fig(s) or 3 small figs, fresh, diced
  • 1 tbsp blueberries, dried or fresh
  • 1 tbsp almond flakes or chopped almonds
  • 4 tbsp espresso, or amount as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

with espresso and blueberries

Put all ingredients in a large cup, mix and enjoy.
