Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml milk
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 large fig(s) or 3 small figs, fresh, diced
- 1 tbsp blueberries, dried or fresh
- 1 tbsp almond flakes or chopped almonds
- 4 tbsp espresso, or amount as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes
with espresso and blueberries
Put all ingredients in a large cup, mix and enjoy.
