Couscous with strawberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g couscous or muesli
  • 200 ml fat, possibly low-fat or soy milk
  • 300 g strawberries or cherries
  • 50 ml water
  • possibly vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

sweet and uncomplicated

Bring the couscous, milk, and water to a boil and let it swell on the lowest heat setting. Cut the strawberries into bite-sized pieces. Mix them into the couscous and eat immediately. You can also use crunchy or chocolate muesli instead of plain couscous, some or all of it. Add vanilla sugar, and perhaps use frozen cherries instead of the strawberries.
