Grate about half of the Parmesan cheese into shavings. Finely grate the remaining Parmesan cheese. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Wash the meat and pat dry. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat for about 5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan. Cut open the buns and toast them or toast them in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat, fan oven 175°C) until crispy. Trim and wash the lettuce, and drain well. Tear larger leaves into smaller pieces. Cut the meat diagonally into thin slices. Spread some of the sauce on the bottom half of the bun. Alternate layers of lettuce leaves and meat on top. Drizzle each bun with some of the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan shavings. Cover with the top burger half and serve.
