Chicken breast fillet – cheese – toast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 250 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 slices of toast
  • Basil, for garnishing
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and slice the tomatoes. Slice the mozzarella. Rinse the meat, pat dry, slice, season with salt and pepper, and sear in a pan on both sides. Toast the bread, cut out 4 slices with a large glass, and top each with slices of chicken breast, tomato slices, and cheese slices. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Garnish with basil.
