Turkey strips with balsamic cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp potato flour
  • 400 g turkey breast
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 200 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 200 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the meat into strips and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix with 1 tablespoon of potato starch and fry in a pan with oil. Add the garlic, sauté briefly, and deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Add the mushrooms, top up with cream, and simmer for two minutes. Season the sauce to taste. This goes well with potato pancakes or pasta.
