Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g oat flakes, fine
- 20 g muesli
- 250 ml milk, low-fat
- 1 apple
- ½ tsp cinnamon

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
delicious and super quick from the microwave
Combine the oats and milk in a bowl at least the size of a cereal bowl. Microwave on full power for 2 to 2.5 minutes (depending on your microwave). Meanwhile, wash and dice the apple. Then add the cereal, apple, and cinnamon to the porridge. Tip: You can also add other fruits and perhaps honey or sugar, if desired.
