- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g fruit
- Cinnamon
- sweetener
- 60 g oat flakes or muesli

for strength training and protein-rich diet
Chop the fruit into small pieces, add it to a microwave-safe container with the remaining ingredients, and mix well. Microwave for 5 minutes at 600 W. It’s filling and tastes delicious. For a low-carb meal, omit the oats.
