Spicy Rice Casserole

  • 125 g Rice
  • 3 Spring onion
  • 1 Red Paprika
  • 5 tan Mushroom
  • Salt pepper
  • Oil
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 75 ml Water
  • 2 Teaspoon (level) Vegetable stock powder
  • 1 teaspoon Arrabia spice
  • 1 teaspoon Cheese
  1. Wash the rice and simmer in lightly salted water. Clean and wash the spring onions. Cut the white into cubes and the green into rings. Peel and quarter the peppers, remove the dividers and cut into small cubes. Clean the mushrooms and cut into small cubes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the vegetables while stirring. Add the cooked rice and mix in. Mix the cream, water and arrabia seasoning and pour into the pan. Season to taste and, if necessary, add a little salt and pepper. If you want, you can also add some ground chilli.
  4. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake in the oven until the cheese is golden brown.
  5. Serves with a salad
