Bread dumpling from the microwave

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 10 slices of toast
  • ½ cup onion(s) (fried onions)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for the Micro Plus jug

Soak the toast in the milk for a few minutes. Then add all the other ingredients and process everything into a puree. Pour the mixture into a Microwave Plus pot (without the lid) and microwave for 7-9 minutes at 600 watts. The dumpling is easy to turn out and then slice. Delicious with meatloaf or roast pork.
