Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 225 g flour
- 2 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 100 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g butter
- 3 tbsp apricot jam
- 150 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- 300 g nuts or almonds, ground
- 1 cup cake icing (chocolate)
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
Make a dough from the dough ingredients and chill for about 30 minutes. For the topping, melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Add the ground nuts and milk and stir everything until smooth. Let cool. Roll out the dough thinly on a baking sheet and spread with the apricot jam. Spread the cooled nut mixture evenly over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly, then cut into small triangles and let cool completely. Melt the chocolate glaze and dip the corners of the triangles in the chocolate glaze.
