Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 rolls (stale)
- 2 eggs
- ⅛ liter milk
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the rolls into small cubes. Add the eggs and milk and knead well. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley. Form dumplings by hand (not too large), place them in a microwave-safe dish, and cover. Number of dumplings – 1 = number of minutes in the microwave on high. (e.g., 7 dumplings: 6 minutes) – done!
