Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 9 bell peppers, green, yellow, red
  • 125 ml oil (olive oil)
  • Salt
  • oregano
  • Pepper, white
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Oil (olive oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Halve the peppers, remove the stems and seeds, wash, and dry. Cut the peppers into thirds lengthwise, and cut large peppers into 5 pieces. Roast in a preheated oven with oil and garlic cloves until soft (without browning). Marinate the cooked peppers with spices and drizzle with olive oil (they must be in an oil bath). Oven temperature: 180°C. Cooking time: approx. 20 minutes.
