Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk the egg, flour, vanilla sugar, and milk into a stiff batter. Peel and core the apples, and slice them into rings. Then roll the apple rings in the batter and fry briefly in a non-stick pan until golden brown on each side (like pancakes). Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve immediately.
