Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of toast
- 4 tsp butter
- 4 eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 bananas
- 1 cup Emmental cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Toast the toast and let cool. Brush with butter. Beat the eggs with salt. Heat the remaining butter and prepare scrambled eggs. Spread them on the toast. Peel and slice the bananas, and place them on top of the scrambled eggs. Sprinkle with cheese. Place the toast on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 200°C (400°F) or 180°C (350°F) for about 5-10 minutes, until golden brown.
