Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g rice cake(s) (1 package)
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 300 ml vegetable broth, warm
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

Roughly crumble the rice cakes into a large bowl and pour over the warm vegetable broth. Add the remaining ingredients (diced onion, oil, and spices), mix well, and season to taste. It tastes best after letting it sit in the refrigerator for a day.
