  • 1 dashes lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, ground

Instructions

quick, easy, delicious

Peel and pit the avocado. Cut the flesh into small pieces and mash it with a fork (you can also puree it). Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. It goes perfectly with dark bread and tastes great on bread without butter or margarine.
