Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour mix, gluten-free
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 150 g yogurt substitute
  • 65 ml plant drink
  • 60 ml mineral water
  • possibly oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt substitute, plant-based milk, and mineral water. Then stir the wet ingredients into the flour mixture and let stand for about 5-10 minutes. Cook the pancakes in a pan with a little oil or in a crepe maker. This recipe yields approximately 10 pancakes.
