Vegan and lactose-free waffles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g butter, vegan
  • 200 g flour
  • 400 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 4 tbsp glucose
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Bourbon vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

with chia seed gel as an egg substitute

Let the chia seeds soak in 2.5 times the amount of water for about 15 minutes. Mix the melted butter with all other ingredients and bake 4 waffles in the waffle iron.
