Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g oat milk (oat drink)
- 250 g flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 drops of rum flavoring
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Oil, tasteless
- Cinnamon sugar for sprinkling

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix all batter ingredients together. Heat oil in a pan. Add a ladleful of batter to the pan and swirl to ensure it is evenly distributed. Cook the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. The pancakes will be beautifully fluffy and crispy, and the oat milk will add extra flavor. They taste delicious sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
