Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 servings of salad (lamb’s lettuce, oak leaf lettuce, radicchio)
  • 40 g walnuts
  • 75 ml vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s), red

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the nuts. Season the vinegar with salt, pepper, and sugar. Whisk in the oil. Add the nuts. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Trim, wash, and drain the lettuce. Serve with onion rings and vinaigrette.
