Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-large Chinese cabbage
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 ½ tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- pepper
Instructions

Finely slice the Chinese cabbage. Finely dice the onion and place it in a measuring jug with salt, sugar, vinegar, oil, and pepper (to taste). Mix well with a fork. Pour the dressing over the salad and fold in. Let it stand briefly before serving.
