Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 pinches of sugar
- 1 bunch of dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and dry the cucumber, peel it thinly, trim both ends, and slice it thinly. Pour the oil into a salad bowl, add the cream, vinegar, salt, and sugar, stirring constantly until everything (the salt) is dissolved. Fold in the cucumber slices and let stand for about 10 minutes. Finely chop the dill, fold in, and serve.
