Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 100 g butter
- 10 g curry powder, Indian

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Hard-boil and peel the eggs. Melt the butter in the pan. Add the eggs whole. Add authentic Indian curry powder and sauté for about 10 minutes, until the eggs turn a yellow/brown color and even develop a slightly crispy skin. I enjoyed this simple dish with cactus strips as a side dish. It also works with cucumber salad, or even without it. Very tasty and flavorful, and quick to prepare.
