Rice noodles with eggs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package of rice noodles
  • 4 eggs
  • chili sauce, sweet
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the rice noodles in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and fry in a pan. Whisk the eggs, season with a little salt, and add to the noodles. Stir well and fry until the eggs are as firm as you like. Drizzle with chili sauce and serve.
