Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slice(s) bread(s), fresh, slightly thicker sliced
  • Parmesan
  • Mustard, sweet (Händlmayer’s)
  • butter
  • Salt
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Spread the bread with butter and sweet mustard, sprinkle/grate Parmesan cheese on top. Fry the eggs in a little butter in a pan, whether on one or both sides is a matter of taste. Season with salt and oregano, place on the bread, and enjoy.
