delicious, quick breakfast

Whisk the quark with a little milk until smooth and add the oats. Let it swell a bit to soften the oats. Meanwhile, chop the apple (or pear or banana) into small pieces. When the oats have reached the desired consistency, season the mixture with cinnamon and honey. Stir in your chosen fruit before serving. Note: Low-fat quark makes a filling, low-calorie breakfast that’s delicious and quick to make.
