Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • ½ vanilla pod(s), alternatively vanilla flavor
  • 1 pinch of ginger
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • ½ pack of biscuits (speculoos)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super fast, super tasty!

Mix the quark and sour cream together. Add a little canned mandarin orange juice to create a creamy mixture. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Break the biscuits into small pieces and mix them into the mixture.
