Fine spelt pancakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g spelt
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 250 ml carbonated mineral water
  • 250 ml milk
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely grind the spelt. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Then heat a little oil in a pan and add 1-2 ladles of batter. Spread the batter thinly by swirling the pan. When the pancake is browned on the bottom, carefully flip it over. Bake eight pancakes in this way. We—especially the kids—love these pancakes for breakfast. When we eat them, we drizzle them with maple syrup or honey and serve them with bananas and apple slices.
