Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 bell peppers (pointed peppers)
  • some garlic
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious for grilling

Halve the pointed peppers and remove the cores. Place them in an oiled baking dish, season with salt, pepper, and garlic, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes, or grill them in an aluminum tray on a kettle grill.
