Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g rice pudding
  • 500 ml milk, possibly reduced-fat
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g sugar
  • 200 g cream or Cremefine
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 peach(s) or nectarine

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

but tastes heavenly!

Bring the rice pudding to a boil with milk and salt and let it swell for about 25 minutes, stirring frequently. Separate the egg, mix the yolk with the vanilla sugar, and stir into the rice. Beat the egg whites until stiff, stir in the sugar, and stir into the rice pudding. Let cool (it goes faster in a water bath). Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the rice pudding. Finally, chop the fruit and fold in.
