Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup rice pudding
- 1 liter of milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- e.g. butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C. Take a saucepan, add the ingredients, and spread the butter in flakes around the edge of the pan. Place in the oven. After 2 hours, you’ll have delicious, fluffy rice pudding. A skin will form on the rice pudding during baking. Fruit or, as usual, cinnamon and sugar are ideal for this.
