Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 apricots
- 1 pack of cream cheese, optionally with herbs, paprika or chili, approx. 200 g
- 1 handful of walnuts, chopped and roasted
- Lemon thyme
- Lavender flowers
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with cream cheese and walnuts
Halve the apricots and remove the stones. Mix the cream cheese with the walnuts until smooth and season with thyme leaves and other spices, if desired. Add a splash of water or milk if desired. Pipe the cream cheese mixture onto the halved apricots using a teaspoon or piping bag. Garnish with the lavender blossoms and serve.
