Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cup(s) chickpeas, ground, approx. 320 g
- 1 cup lentils, red, ground, approx. 160 g
- 100 g buckwheat, ground
- ½ tsp paprika powder (granules), ground
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground blue fenugreek, or more
- 4 cm ginger, small weighed
- 1 pepper(s), red or yellow, weighed small
- 500 ml carbonated mineral water
- 200 g cheese (goat cheese), coarsely grated
- 1 clove(s) garlic, fresh, finely chopped, possibly more
- 5 grains of pepper, ground
- Buckwheat, ground, for breading
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine all dry ingredients and mix well with water. A smooth dough should form. Stir in the bell pepper, ginger, and garlic. Add 200–300 g of grated goat cheese or other cheese. Mix everything well. Let rest for 10 minutes. Form into balls with wet hands, flatten slightly, roll in flour, and fry in olive oil. Delicious hot or cold.
